Before you take a good look around we thought it would be useful to tell you a little bit about ourselves and our backgrounds. We moved to France around six years ago and have both always had a love of parties and entertaining. Lucy has always been involved in the catering industry with her family being one of the most successful high quality fish merchants in the UK. This meant that she often spent time cooking for many of  London’s top chefs.  Wayne had a fairly sizable ad agency in London so was pretty heavily involved with corporate events, hospitality and client entertaining.

In May 2005 we were given the opportunity to run the restaurant of a local tennis club close in Valbonne on a flexible contract. We agreed but only on a three month trial basis.  The place was very quickly a huge success with covers approaching 100 and a great atmosphere. We however decided that with five children it was just too much of a commitment and much to the disappointment of everyone we decided not to extend the lease.

After this we were very quickly asked to do a large themed birthday party and the events side just snowballed from there with us turning away substantial amounts of work last summer because we were just too busy. We also only ever organise one event at a time and certainly never sub-contract out any work, preferring to run every event ourselves.

Whilst we may have only been trading for two years it must be said that everything we have done has been a complete success and our clients and  have always been absolutely delighted with the end results.
